If you use CD-R disks, then you will need to convert the file to the MPEG-1
format and then burn the disk in the VCD or SVCD format. This may mean you
will have to split the movie in half too, as it is usually too large for one disk.

Look up the tutorials on authoring VCD disks on videohelp.com.
