I can't tell you why your UPnP enabling worked & now doesn't
Your router does have a NAT firewall so it's possible that manual port forwarding is the way to go. But... there are several models of your router! You'll need to find exactly which one you have (see image).

Are you having trouble connecting to LW? Just that Rogers is known for p2p bandwidth shaping
ISPs known to block or filter p2p

Find out which version of router you have. By that time, someone else might've appeared with a better solution
If not, you can get instructions for manual port forwarding!
