1. Did you have LW open when you did the speed test?
That's a large over-head loss from 256 kbps to 140.
2. Is your XP firewall enabled or disabled?
3. Did you configure your ZoneAlarm for LW?
4. What brand & model of router/modem do you have?
5. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW? (see sample below) |
