Okay, so I was able to download and install a FABULOUS anti-virus program here on my desktop. After making sure that all was well with said program, I downloaded it to my notebook and proceeded in the prescribed manner to install it.
No such luck. The installation seemed to work, but the activation never even started as it had originally. Further, the entire process seems to have completely screwed with my browser. I can't even get to this forum on that computer.
Any thoughts out there, please?
