Sometimes a search shows a "quality" of FOUR stars, and yet when I try to download the file, I get a "couldn't download" message. There's no "busy" message or anything.

If it reads FOUR stars and is not busy, then what's the problem.
Does the dude have his "uploads" set to zero, or what?
