Looks like the file is NOT being blocked generally. The file humourously encourages any type of sharing over the internet, if the closing warning is to be trusted (see attachment).
So, I've found out that magnets need to take private IP's into account, any type searches are way more effective (counter-intuitive
), and that there needs to be a way to move a large file file from an unshared folder to the shared one more efficiently.
Re your setup, see about port-forwarding so you can accept incoming connections. This should help your uploads, magnets and chats too.
