It could be that the files your trying to d/l are fake/spam. There are a lot of bad files being put on the network to try to dissuade people from d/ling. This happens mostly with newer files.  
Try d/ling some older files and see if you have better luck. Also with the flood of fake files it's best to d/l files that 10 sources or less. Just keep trying. There are plenty of files available you just have to weed through the junk.
