Default Trouble upgrading to Limewire PRO

I recently migrated to a new laptop. Before I did, I purchased the upgrade for Limewire PRO. I upgraded more than 6 months ago. Unfortunately, Limewire tracks email addresses up to 6 months. As a result, I can't access Limewire support.

I have my order ID and would like to know how best to upgrade to Limewire PRO on my new laptop. Thanks.
