i too agree that after switching to 2.x, connection speed, number of hosts, number of incoming searches, and number of files found *drastically* were reduced.

now i can't reinstall version 18c (mac) which was doing just fine.

oh well, seems that no one is answering tech email either. and THIS after i "contributed" $6 to the cause...
