HELP!!!

Successfully installed LW. But because I made a mess of my music file I had to delete. Then I reinstalled. Again uninstalled. This time trying to install but it tells me I have an older version of LW I have deleted it from my control panel. But it still won't let me re-install. When I go to i-tunes and try to delete the LW box I can't PLEASE HELP!!!
