Hmm, you should always try to install the Java (using the JRE offline installer) before LW. After installing Java you should also reboot your system beofre the installation of LW.
If you have tried it that way and it didn't work, you could try to install Java when booted in Save Mode.
Or you try to uninstall your Spycatcher und Norton, install Java (reboot) and then install LW. Afterwards you can reinstall the other programs.
If all of those ways fail, I'd reckon defragmenting your HDD before trying to install Java as described above.
