I am fully connected to site yet I am unable to download. When I click on a file it never starts or shows in the pannel below. I have used the 4.10 version then upgraded to pro from a friend and it just locks up. I uninstalled and rebooted loaded the basic 4.12 and i can't get any file to download. Pls advise......
