This is really weird
Nothing should have changed just by turning your PC off and then back on the next day.
Could you try and check if the TCP and UDP exceptions are still there, and also check if the new settings in Limewire also are still there.
If they are then try doing the same thing again just with a higher number (between 49152 and 65535), allthough I can't imagine an ISP that will use portblocking on a dial-up service |
