Lots of ISPs do it & it's a pain for many people!!
If you do want to try changing ports, you'll have to change LW's listening port (tools > options > advanced > firewall config...you'll see listening port top right. Apply to save a change) plus any ports allowed within your software firewall & any ports forwarded through a modem or router. All ports have to be the same number
