If you are going to portforward then the forced port and listening port In Limewire (Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewall config) have to be the same number and you have to forward that exact same port in your router. It's not going to work any other way.

Oh and BTW there is no reason to filter the 192.168.*.* and 10.*.*:* IP's. Limewire can in most cases download from them now
