What's with the Red, and Freeze? ok...i'm confused...when i played lime for free, and asked about red showing up in my playlist...i was told i couldn't get answers cause i wasn't a "pro" customer. now i'm a "pro" customer, and when i try to reach them, my page cannot be displayed, and i stll get red. not only that, but songs not in red get stuck, and i have to shut down and restart to get out of it. as a paying memeber, i thought i'd have tech support to chat with to solve the problem then, but i have to wait on an email? you've already gotten my money....why can't i have the support? i'm here because i thought it would be convenient to hear the songs i like to hear when i wanted to hear them, but no one is available to tell me why i can't do it EVEN AFTER I HAVE PAID!!!!
