those open icons mean that the incomplete file is in your incomplete folder.

Just go the the Library tab, click on the Incomplete folder, and delete the incomplete files you don't want.

Caution--make sure those are really are the files you want to delete. The Delete button removes the files immediately (it doesn't just move them to the recycle/trash bin).
