Is there some way that I can allow people who are already downloading files to complete their downloads,
but prevent any new ones from starting? There's times when I want to shut down the computer to go to
bed or to work, but I don't want to mess up people who are in the middle of a download.

I need a "nice" shutdown method. Any ideas?
