Hello, I've had the Basic Version for a while and never had a problem and then I guess I pressed the key to upgrade to the Pro Version and when I try to download it I get the following message:"Removing previous version(s) of LimeWire" and it looks like it's removing it but nothing happens and I left it for hours at a time and nothing, nothing, Can I get some advise on what to do?, please, thank you.
