Connection problems? Check here first!
Make sure you're only using 1 software firewall & that it's configured properly. If you're connecting through a modem or router, these usually have their own internal firewall...that might be what LW's detecting. In that case, read the info about enabling UPnP & port forwarding.
Do the port test & see if it works.
What's changed since you were able to connect (new ISP, internet plan, hardware etc)? Have you started using a new version of LW?
