Where do you connect from ?
Who is your Internet Service Provider ?
How do you connect ?
If your use a router. Include brand and model
Do you see any green bars now and is there a firewall icon (brick wall) ?
Give a detailed description of your problem. And I mean detailed. Don't forget to include any changes that you may have made to your system in between it working and not working.
