Well Limewire LLC just counter-sued them right back for breaking Antitrust laws, price fixing and a few other things

I hope they don't settle and blow this up to be the media frenzy it should be. Would make those egocentric anti-P2P miscreants think twice before going after anymore of their (consumers, for Gods sake).
