I can only "guess" you are running XP. Since you didn't post the information requested in the 2nd post of that link (also required by Forum Rules.) So go to control panel & you'll find xp firewall. Disable. Configure the other to allow LW access.

If still firewall issue, then configure your connection device to allow UPnP.
