Would only need to backup the downloads.dat & .bak files. But if you're moving onto Phex ...

BTW if you were using Mac OSX then I could offer you an auto backup program for LW download prefs. But it's only for mac unfortunately. In any case, with LW 4.12.6 it now has an auto recovery backup which "should" work. I know it worked for me.
