You know what's really sad? The fact is that I have to answer my own post after I searched for a solution to my query. Does anyone actually know what the heck is going on with LIMEWIRE?

Anyways, there's a site with a program that can try to fix your MPEG files. It doesn't work all the time but it got me the last couple of minutes of a 400 mb Star Trek Enterprise MPEG file so at least I knew what the ending was.
