Either try changing skins
OR
Delete your preference folder explained in 1 and 2 .. of
http://www.gnutellaforums.com/windows/36420-fixes-limewire-when-lw-isn-t-operating-should.html
This will mean you would have to re configure Limewire again from the default.
Let us know if neither of these help ... It gets complicated then lol
