Thanks for your reply...I shall give that a try, but you say...

"you'll have to open the files directly from the Incomplete folder"

but I don,t know where the incomplete files are kept. In LW options it states that incomplete files are stored on my desktop but as I am currently downloading one there is no file on my desktop to check.
Am I missing something???
