This 'might' be due to the ISP. They may have detected you using a p2p program & lots of bandwidth & have put something there to block it.

A couple that came to mind ... no I don't think there was any easy solution.
Why not try
Phex to see if you have the same problems. It's another gnutella program. They also have their own section on these forums. Phex doesn't have many language options however.
