bt may shape or block regionally or else, detected high bandwidth usage with LW & then applied the brakes.
I don't know anything about the 'bt homehub option3', do you have a link to a page that describes what it is?
Try this ... go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewalls & change listening port to one between 49152 - 65535. A good one to try is 64049. Then close LW, re-open & see if it makes any difference.
If that doesn't work, then try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is
closed; instructions here:
Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) & reset your options next time you restart LW. That includes days to keep incomplete downlds from 7 days to a large number.
