Your isp won't be to blame unless you have over-stepped your monthly quota for download.Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other);

Beware of Fake files in search results or something else re: your downld sources. Keep searching for more results & more sources.
