i actually just called rogers, i asked them if they're blocking limewire or something, they said they're not blocking it, they are just slowing it down. he said since a lot of people use it, it creates problems so they slowed it down from like 100% to 60% (or maybe hes lying). and although i dont really know how to use proxies i tried some yesterday... but the thing that is really retarded is the brick wall infront of the globe... i dont know why its there...
also, where can i ask the lw pro support?
