I can assure you software devs such as Micro$oft or Adobe, etc. would not send you another installation disk if you lost it after 12 months. It is up to you to look after what you purchased. And you "did" receive what you purchased. |
And if it was a disk or CD I would not be asking for it would I. It is software, I downloaded. I did not have this problem with my anitvirus, I simply gave them my key number and got it back, simply because I did not get a CD from them, this is the same, I purchased software, if it was hardware I wouldn't need any help from anyone there, I would simply re install it like I did with XP because I have a CD.
If that is your only argument, than it would be best to sell a CD and then you could wash your hands of any problems if the user looses it.....And include the WARNING.
