The speed of your cable and your Ethernet card are displayed in Mbps (Mega bits per second), while the download/upload speed when using Gnutella client is displayed in KBps (Kilo bytes per second). Taking on account that 1 byte = 8 bits, 130 KBps is a good speed (1040 Kbps), although you should talk to your ISP because it's not good enough.

However, your download speed depends directly from the server that is uploading. If it is using a 56K modem, your download will be slow, no matter what connection you have.
