OK. Then it's probably some corruption in Limewire. First try deleting the preference folder (in case you have incomplete downloads pending you may lose them if you don't get back into Limewire and reset the "Days to keep..." to a high number).

If that doesn't work then try uninstalling (using the uninstaller. Not Add/Remove Programs) and reinstall using the offline installer from here: www.limewire.com
