If uninstalling java doesn't work go to start-control panel-under programs you'lll choose uninstall a program- find mcafee and choose uninstall. it will pop a box with different options to uninstall, go ahead and choose all of them. after that's finished limewire should work fine. you'll probably need to get a different kind of virus protection because evidently mcafee and limewire don't mix too well.
