m3u is a playlist file & contains the location of songs in a playlist. You'll need to find the mp3 files themselves...they're probably in your saved folder

In LW tools > options > saving & you'll see the location of your saved folder. If you go to LW's library, click on Saved Files then click Explore...your saved folder will open. See if the mp3s are there.
