The article in the link I posted covers this, but there really is not much that you can do, & you really are not expected to understand what is in the log file. Reread the article for a better explanation. If you want, reverse the process above & next time the error occurs, if it gives you the option to send a report to Microsoft, do so. Then go back & re-enable the steps above. If you have already sent a report, you have done all you can do with that. Since it only seems to be affecting Limewire, it's probably a minor bug.
Since you did not mention whether or not you have these, make sure in addition to AVG (I'm guessing that it is the antivirus program you were talking about) that you have antispyware programs installed & updated such as
AVG Antispyware Free,
SUPERAntispyware (use Free Version), or any other programs listed at these links :
