If the incomplete file is listed in red, it is not being shared and vice versa.

Personally, I do not share files until I have completely downloaded and thoroughly checked them.

Other users are of the opinion that sharing incomplete files to speed-up downloads is a greater priority than limiting the spread of poor/corrupt content.

Whatever you decide, navigate to tools/options/uploads/basic where you will find the option to share partial files.

To share/withold individual files right-click on them (in the incomplete files view) and make your choice.

I can't give you a certain answer with regards to the file sizes shown
