It appears the installer for 2.1.3 is having trouble installing a file called lax.?? into the properties file. I've got what seams to be the same problem as other user. I double click installer Icon and I wind up with the following message:

I've tried incressing the memory - No Change ! I'm running 500mhz G4 / OS9.2
