If you go to a torrent site like
http://thepiratebay.org/ and do a search for say [
edit] you'll get this result
http://thepiratebay.org/search/[edit]/0/0/300
Click on any page there and there will be a link called DOWNLOAD THIS TORRENT. You can drag that into Frostwire or Limewire betas and if the link is active it will end up in the download section. You could also copy the short cut if the DOWNLOAD link and in LW/FW click on FILE then DOWNLOAD TORRENT... then paste the URL in there.
