8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version.using latest of each
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)?RoadRunner

Have gone and reinstalled twice now since initial....have fully uninstalled and reinstalled McAfee, have turned all firewalls on and off, have tried allowing for open ports (udp and tcp), have used exceptions in firewalls, so far have been able to use for one day for about 2 hours, now never connects, I BOUGHT Limewire pro, paid for, and now won't work.......need help.....
