I have the same problem as Phlip....same system..Yes I have done everything you ask here....

- Config Windows to Limewire (firewall)
- Deleted Norton
- Open Port, yes manualy with limewire then Computer to port between 49152- 65535.... yes forward port....
- Problem with also Utorrent an any filesharing programs.

Did Call and Email Xplornet, they are the one who assigning lower priority to torrent and peer to peer..

Dunno what to do.....

Did anyone here got there Xplornet to work with Limewire or Utorrent??????

PS: Was on dial up...never had a problem, problem started with that Satellite Modem SM-2100 (512/128)
