I have tried to get support from LimeWire and all I get are AUTOMATED RESPONSES and NO real help. I havent even been emailed about an issue I had a week ago. Also I have LimeWire Pro and the search results are no better as well as the downloading. There is no difference in basic or pro as far as I can tell. The search results are screwed up and come up with nothing to do with the search at all. To me I wasted my money to purchase the Pro series of LimeWire.
