If you bought your Pro version more than 6 months ago, your email address won't be in the database anymore. If that's the case with you, that'd be why your email address isn't found. If you did buy less than 6 months ago, let us know

LW doesn't keep a backlog of old Pro versions for download...it's the user's responsibility to save & back up their Pro installers.
