Did you change your Java version to 1.5.0_11 & remove the 1.6.0_01?

Did you try port forwarding? Some people have recently had trouble with a windows update which effects UPnP. So port forwarding would be the thing to try.

Mickjapa108 uses Webroot & from what he says here it's compatible with LW.
