768 mb. ddr pc2100 ram
80 + 20 gb. harddisk.

windows xp pro - with service pack 2 and all updates, to now. incl. explore 7.0
avast antivirus home edition vers. 4.7

Java 5.0 with all updates

My internett conection is 1 Megabit and it is connected with a modem to my kabel tv.
Modem : Motorola SB5100i-BG-CN Surfboard cable modem.

The modem is using the windows firewall and i dont have any other firewall in my mashine.

I have install the limewire pro and it went well, but whatever i do, then i cant get the limewire to connect. I have tryed to swiths of my antivirus and my firewall, but still no connection.

I have tryed to change the ind and out port to 50500 and told the windows firewall to keep that port open, but still i cant get connection

please help me out here
