Susie, it is not LWire that stops you connecting between 5.00 and 10.00, it is your ISP if you read the link above it explains what is happening with most if not all service providers,there is too much demand and not enough bandwidth to go around!!

Tiscali just happen to be the WORST.if you are lucky enough NOT to have downloaded enough yet to reach their limit,you will have almost unlimited ability to download,but BEWARE more than 1 gig per day for a week or two and BANG.youve had it !
