what dos this term mean? does it mean that my ISP provider interrupted the upload? or does it mean that the downloader, who is in the middle of the transfer interrupted his own upload??

I use Shaw cable and have sneaky suspicion that Shaw's own computers are monitoring my uploads and are restricting them.., YET I have no trouble in downloading lots of MP'3 and AVI's etc during the day..,
Yet here on Limewire these poor people who are trying to get access to my 1100 mp3's are getting kicked off at the 10 30 or 50 % mark..
