AOL security has a utility that thinks LW is spyware & will remove it or parts of the program unless LW is placed on it's safelist. LW does NOT have spyware btw.

BTW have you tried this program: VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) as it has in-built codecs & is the video player we all recommend. It is generally very reliable.
