Default connecting to spurious Ultrapeers?

I'm running Limewire 4.12 on Linux (Fedora Core 4 through 6, depending on which machine I'm on). When I look at the Ultrapeers I'm connected to, every so often I find hosts that don't seem to make sense. For example, right now one of the three ultrapeers I'm connected to is 204.11.219.***, which seems to be a Fedora Core test page. Trying to remove these hosts on the Connections panel works some of the time, but usually they just keep coming back. I've even tried manually editing these IP addresses out of my .limewire/gnutella.net file, but that hasn't helped either. My questions: (1) Are the 204.11.219.* IP addresses in fact spurious, as I suspect? Or am are they OK and I just confused? (2) If they are, in fact, spurious: how do I get rid of them (preferably for good)? Thanks.
